By using our website, you agree to our retail store rules. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit product quantities to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

 

2. Handcrafted Variations
Every single 8oz block is individually hand-mixed, hand-poured, and packaged. Because our soap is made in small artisan batches, minor variations in color, texture, and edges are completely normal. These are signs of premium craftsmanship, not product defects.

 

3. Safety & Product Care Precautions
Our bars are made strictly for external cosmetic use and feature premium activated charcoal and upscale fragrance oils. Customers are responsible for checking the ingredient labels on our boxes before use. Soap Forge Co LLC is not liable for individual skin sensitivities, irritation, or allergic reactions. As with all cosmetic products, we recommend testing a small amount on skin prior to normal extended use.

 

4. Intellectual Property
All photos, website text, product box artwork, descriptions, and product names (Odinoak, Dark Sandalwood, and NSFW) belong strictly to Soap Forge Co LLC. Copying, stealing, or cloning our website elements for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Governing Law
Any legal claims or disputes regarding Soap Forge Co LLC will be handled strictly under the laws and jurisdiction of the State of Texas.

 

6. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of bar soap, all sales are strictly final. We do not accept physical returns or offer cash refunds once an order has been shipped. If your product arrives damaged or defective, email photographic proof to soapforgeco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for a case-by-case review. If a replacement is authorized, Soap Forge Co. LLC covers standard replacement shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
