1. Processing Times
Every single soap is hand-mixed, hand-poured, and packaged in small batches in Texas. Standard retail orders take 3 to 5 business days to process and pack in our studio before they are handed over to the shipping carrier. All orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total physical weight of your order. We use trusted carrier services, primarily the United States Postal Service (USPS), to deliver your packages safely.

 

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a direct tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier system to update your tracking status after your package leaves our studio.

 

4. Lost or Delayed Packages
Soap Forge Co LLC is not responsible for postal delays, severe weather disruptions, or misdelivered packages once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier. If your tracking indicates an issue, please contact the carrier service directly to file a claim. Soap Forge Co LLC is not responsible for packages stolen after a verified carrier delivery confirmation.
